Leadership brings different challenges at different stages of a career. The Sustainable HRM Skillnet Executive Coaching Programme provides access to an experienced panel of executive and leadership coaches, with 25% funding available to eligible member organisations.
Rather than starting by choosing a coach, we encourage organisations and participants to start with the leadership challenge they want to address. From there, we can help identify the coaching expertise and approach best suited to the individual, their role and the organisation.
The panel brings together diverse leadership, organisational and sectoral expertise, allowing coaching to be matched to the participant’s development goals and organisational context. (Full Coaching brochure available upon request, with pricing details and T&C)

Sustainable HRM Skillnet will host a launch event on the 21st October 2026 in Dublin, Venue TBA. from 10am to 13:00.
Coaching sessions may commence before this date on the condition of correct matching process and needs being identified.
The Sustainable HRM Skillnet Executive Coaching Programme will run until 31st May 2027.
