Coaching is a natural part of leadership development. As employees and professionals gain experience, take on new responsibilities and shape their careers, it provides space to reflect, challenge familiar ways of thinking and turn learning into practical action.
Following our programme launch on 21 October, we are now supporting individuals and organisations to identify their coaching needs, connect with suitable coaches and commence their sessions.
The Sustainable HRM Skillnet Executive Coaching Programme 2026/27 provides access to experienced executive and leadership coaches, with 25% funding available towards approved eligible coaching costs for eligible member organisations. Membership is free.

How to Get Started
Reflect on your needs
- Complete our Executive Coaching Needs Survey to identify your priorities and what you would like to achieve. You do not need to have all the answers before starting the conversation.
- Connect with Sustainable HRM Skillnet
We will discuss your individual and organisational objectives, explain the programme and confirm membership and funding eligibility.
- Explore suitable coaches
We will help you identify coaches whose expertise and approach align with your needs. An initial chemistry conversation gives you and the coach an opportunity to explore your goals and consider whether the relationship feels right.
- Confirm your coaching package
Once you have identified a suitable coach, we will confirm the agreed number of sessions, costs, funding, booking and payment arrangements. Funding approval must be in place before funded coaching begins.
- Begin your coaching journey
Arrange your sessions directly with your coach, agree your goals and put your learning into practice. Sustainable HRM Skillnet remains your contact for programme support throughout.

Funding and Programme Support
The programme is owned and managed by Sustainable HRM Skillnet. All programme bookings, funding arrangements and additional coaching sessions must be confirmed through us before proceeding.
