Payments Policy
Sustainable HRM Skillnet Payments Policy

- Purpose
This Payments Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for making and receiving payments for training and development programs offered by Sustainable HRM Skillnet. This ensures transparency, efficiency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Payment Methods
Sustainable HRM Skillnet accepts the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards: All major credit and debit cards are accepted via our website.
Invoices: Upon request, we can draft invoices with payment terms of 30 days.
- Payment Terms
Invoices: Payment for invoices is due within 30 days from the date of issue.
- Refund Policy
If a training session does not meet the minimum number of delegates, it will be rescheduled. If the rescheduled session does not proceed, the training will be cancelled, and members can put their payment toward a future training programme, or request a refund. - Notice for Refunds: 10 working days’ notice is required to receive a refund if a delegate cannot attend the training session. Failure to Attend: Refunds will not be issued if a delegate fails to attend the training session without providing the required notice. Substitutions: Members may substitute a trainee into the vacant place if the original attendee cannot attend.
- Membership
While Sustainable HRM Skillnet does not offer subscription-based services, we do offer membership. Members can utilise their membership to attend all relevant programs until the balance of their invoice is used. - Discounts and Promotions
All training programs offered by Sustainable HRM Skillnet are funded, and thus, no additional discounts, promotions, or coupons are applicable. - Currency
All payments must be made in Euros (€). - Security Measures
Sustainable HRM Skillnet utilises Stripe for processing all online payments. Stripe ensures that all transactions are secure and compliant with the highest standards of data protection. - Processing Fees

- Dispute Resolution
In the event of a payment dispute, parties are encouraged to resolve the issue through direct communication with our finance team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be escalated to the appropriate department for further review. - Record Keeping
All payment records are maintained accurately and securely for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Policy Review
