AI Strategy for People-Centred Organisations – How to Balance Tech and People
This two-day programme enables business leaders, HR professionals, and managers to develop a practical, people-centred AI strategy. Participants learn how to identify opportunities for AI adoption, balance innovation with ethics and employee engagement, and create a roadmap for responsible implementation.
The programme bridges technology, strategy, and culture, ensuring that digital transformation enhances rather than replaces human capability.
A strong emphasis is placed on practical application and peer learning. Participants will complete an AI Readiness Audit and develop their own AI Strategy Roadmap tailored to organisational goals, ensuring immediate relevance and usability.
Learning is reinforced through:
Collaborative learning: Peer discussions and shared problem-solving on real business challenges, fostering cross-sector insight
Case studies: Real-world examples of successful, people-centred AI adoption and change leadership
Action planning: Each participant produces a personalised AI Strategy Roadmap to guide responsible implementation
To support ongoing application beyond the programme:
Online Support Group: Access to a moderated group (via WhatsApp or Teams) for continued discussion, resource sharing, and peer feedback
Virtual AI Mentor: Optional access to an AI-driven mentor providing structured, GDPR-aware guidance, tool recommendations, and scenario-based support for follow-up queries and practical implementation
