Sustainable HRM Skillnet is currently exploring demand for a QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management programme for employees working in health and related services.
The proposed programme would provide participants with an opportunity to develop practical supervisory and management capability while working towards relevant QQI Level 6 Minor Award(s)/Modules.
Who is it for?
The programme is being considered for employees who are currently working in, or progressing towards, roles such as:
- Supervisors and Team Leaders
- Front-line Managers
- Emerging Managers
- Employees taking on increased responsibility for people, teams or service delivery
Proposed areas of learning
Final programme content will be confirmed following our assessment of employer demand and completion of the appropriate provider procurement process. Areas under consideration include practical skills relevant to supervising and managing within health services, including people management, communication, team effectiveness, planning and service delivery.
