This qualification is awarded by CIPD and is equivalent to Level 9 in Ireland on the NFQ. On successful completion, individuals will automatically gain Associate membership of CIPD with the additional option to apply to CIPD to upgrade their membership to either Chartered Member/Chartered Fellow level.
Ideal for those working in a senior People Practice role at a decision-making/strategic level. Perfect for experienced HR and People Professionals who are keen to develop the specialist knowledge needed to shape strategy and lead change. This qualification consists of eight units (4 Core, 3 Specialist and 1 Optional).
