SME business owners, managers and leaders face a unique challenge: they often carry responsibility for every function within the business, without a clear strategic roadmap, growth can become reactive, stressful and inconsistent. When you are responsible for strategy, operations, marketing, finance and delivery, it can be challenging to step back and plan the future of the business.
This focused one-day Strategy Planning Intensive is designed to give SME owner/managers and leaders the time, structure and guidance needed to move out of day-to-day operational pressure and develop a clear, practical strategy.
Participants arrive with ideas and ambitions and will leave with a leave with a clear strategy on paper. This programme provides a structured opportunity for participants to step back, evaluate their current position and create a realistic strategic plan they can begin implementing immediately.
This programme is particularly suited to SME personnel who are:
- Established and ready to scale sustainably
- Owners with small teams
- Professionals transitioning from self-employed to business ownership
- Founders experiencing operational overload with limited time for strategic planning
The programme provides a structured environment to step back from daily pressures and think strategically about the future of the business.
