Fredericka has been working in the field of Human Resource Management since the mid 1990’s and held a number of Senior HR Management roles with a range of organisations from multinationals, start-ups, to indigenous Irish companies across the tech, ICT and
Financial Services sectors. Fredericka is a member of the Board of Directors of IPMO

- Dr O’ Shea is the Chair of the Irish Professional Mediators’ Organisation CLG; is a Partner in ARC Mediation, a mediation trainer, independent researcher, qualified barrister and Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the School of Law UCC. Dr O’Shea has significant experience as a mediator completing over 650 cases since 2009 including Family, Work-place, Farm family, SME mediations, Commercial disputes, Succession/Probate disputes, Wards of Court and EPA (Enduring Power of Attorney) disputes and Personal Injury claims. She is a valued expert in the field of mediation and continues to carry out independent research in the field which is published in peer reviewed journals. As Chair of the Irish Professional Mediators’ Organisation, Dr O’Shea, along with fellow Board members, support the professional development of mediation in all sectors.
- Ronan Murray, QFA, Senior Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Manager – PTSB.
- Ronan is the Senior Manager in Employee and Industrial Relations for PTSB and has worked in ER / IR work throughout his career. Ronan has extensive experience in formal case management, ranging from the straightforward to the complex, including investigations, disciplinary, grievances, WRC & the Labour Court. Throughout his work and career, Ronan has used alternative dispute resolution practices such as facilitation and mediation to informally resolve issues, where appropriate, and introduced these practices in the workplace to provide a better experience for all parties involved. Ronan has trained in mediation, has a Masters in Industrial Relations and an Advanced Diploma in Employment Law.

- Karen is head of Maples and Calder’s Employment team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. She has over 20 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of employment law including contractual matters, restrictive covenants, sensitive workplace investigations, performance management, discrimination and equality matters, remuneration and benefits, pay transparency, gender pay gap preparation, TUPE, HR aspects of corporate re-structuring and asset disposals, industrial relations, working time, directors and senior executive disputes and the protection of confidential information. - Ercus Stewart SC has been a distinguished member of the Inner Bar for over 43 years, having taken silk in 1982 and continuing to practice at the highest level. Internationally recognised as an arbitrator and mediator, he was the first Irish appointee to the Court of Arbitration for Sport and serves on numerous global panels. A committed educator and prolific author, he has lectured widely and chaired leading bodies in alternative dispute resolution. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of law, including administrative, commercial, employment, civil, constitutional, and tort, making him one of Ireland’s most respected and versatile legal professionals.
