Sustainable HRM Skillnet and our industry partner High Performance Building alliance and sector trainer and mentor Margart Boland of Bofin Consultancy are close to launching Leading from the Ground Up, our new leadership course built specifically for construction, and we want your input before we finalise it.
A year ago, industry feedback shaped what this course would cover. Now we’ve drafted the modules, and we want to put them back in front of the people who’ll actually use them. We’re running a short focus group to review the module content and nail down the best time and delivery format (in-person, online, or blended) to suit busy construction schedules.
It’s a chance to influence the final course design, hear what’s coming before anyone else, and make sure it actually fits how your teams work and learn.
