DESCRIPTION:Executive Coaching Programme 2026/27 \nDeveloping Sustainable Leaders for Future-Focused Organisations \nBookings are now open \nCoaching is a natural part of leadership development. As employees and professionals gain experience\, take on new responsibilities and shape their careers\, it provides space to reflect\, challenge familiar ways of thinking and turn learning into practical action. \nFollowing our programme launch on 21 October\, we are now supporting individuals and organisations to identify their coaching needs\, connect with suitable coaches and commence their sessions. \nThe Sustainable HRM Skillnet Executive Coaching Programme 2026/27 provides access to experienced executive and leadership coaches\, with 25% funding available towards approved eligible coaching costs for eligible member organisations. Membership is free. \n Coaching That Develops With You \nYou may be preparing for your first management role\, progressing into senior leadership\, leading organisational change or exploring the next stage of your professional development. \nThe coaching journey will be shaped by aspirations\, experience and circumstances\, alongside the needs of your organisation. \nOur panel offers expertise across: \n\nStrategic leadership and decision-making\nLeadership performance and accountability\nCommunication\, emotional intelligence and leadership presence\nOrganisational change and transformation\nCulture and employee engagement\nCareer progression\, leadership transition and succession\nExecutive and leadership team effectiveness\n\n  \nIndividual\, group and team coaching options can be explored according to your needs and the coach’s offering. \n How to Get Started \n Reflect on your needs \n\nComplete our Executive Coaching Needs Survey to identify your priorities and what you would like to achieve. You do not need to have all the answers before starting the conversation.\n\n  \n\n Connect with Sustainable HRM Skillnet\nWe will discuss your individual and organisational objectives\, explain the programme and confirm membership and funding eligibility.\n\n  \n\n Explore suitable coaches\nWe will help you identify coaches whose expertise and approach align with your needs. An initial chemistry conversation gives you and the coach an opportunity to explore your goals and consider whether the relationship feels right.\n\n  \n\n Confirm your coaching package\nOnce you have identified a suitable coach\, we will confirm the agreed number of sessions\, costs\, funding\, booking and payment arrangements. Funding approval must be in place before funded coaching begins.\n\n  \n\n Begin your coaching journey\nArrange your sessions directly with your coach\, agree your goals and put your learning into practice.
