This 3-part workshop series helps you and your team move from awareness to action, creating the policies, controls and processes needed to use AI responsibly and confidently in hiring.
As of Dec 2026, AI used in recruitment will be classified as high-risk under the EU AI Act. For organisations using, or planning to use AI at any stage of their recruitment and selection process, having the right controls in place will be essential to avoid fines of up to €15 million or 3% of total global turnover.
Join Sinead English, a Recruitment Expert for 3 highly practical sessions where she will guide you to create templates you can immediately apply to assess and manage risk within the recruiting activities of your organisation.
