As a training and development network dedicated to improving business practices of our member companies through training and development.

We are announcing our call for tenders and providers in the area of sustainable business and people practices training and support services for 2025.

In May of 2024 we along with our contracting organisations CIPD Ireland launched our Sustainable people practices framework, which can be downloaded for further reading.

The Sustainable People Practices Framework is designed to:

  1. Promote Responsible Business Practices: Equip organisations with approaches to embed sustainability into their people management and business operations.
  2. Enhance Workforce Capability: Provide tools and resources to develop skills and knowledge for building future-ready teams.
  3. Foster Inclusive and Sustainable Workplaces: Support the creation of workplaces that prioritise diversity, equity, and environmental responsibility.
  4. Strengthen Organisational Resilience: Align people practices with long-term sustainability goals to adapt to evolving business challenges.
  5. Support Leadership Development: Empower leaders with a framework to drive cultural and strategic alignment for sustainable success.
  6. Ensure Governance Excellence: Encourage transparent, ethical practices that align with sustainability objectives and compliance standards.

Sustainable HRM Skillnet will seek to create a panel of trainers for 2025 and invite trainers to partake in mini tender competitions.
